Shahi Raj Automation provides services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
