I started my career in the 1990s with FoxPro and COBOL — when software meant building everything from scratch and making it work on hardware that had no room for error. Operations wasn’t just a word; it was the job. Every system had to run, every process had to hold, every failure had a cost.

I spent years working across India and the UAE — in environments where the stakes were high, the standards were demanding and there was no room for systems that didn’t deliver. That experience shaped how I think about building: production-first, reliability before features, and nothing ships unless it works.

Then AI arrived. Not the hype kind — the kind that actually replaces real work. Agents that book appointments. Bots that answer WhatsApp at 2am. Workflows that process 800 shipments a month without a single human touch. I spent years learning the tools, building the systems, testing everything in production — on my own businesses first.

Today I run Shahi Raj Automation from Nagpur — building production-grade AI systems for businesses that want to stop doing repetitive work manually. I speak five languages, I’ve built 400+ n8n workflows, and everything I sell is something I’ve already built and run myself.
